Original Design

When I first decided to design a frame for the brewery, I thought I might integrate a fermenter into the frame. This later was scrapped because it made more sense to have the fermenter in storage area with glycol connected to it at all times.

The basic design for the stand also used for too much metal framing than was necessary. In particular, the framing around the boil kettle was wasteful as was all the extra framing around where the fermenter was going to go. All of this was abandoned for reasons of efficiency.
