1 tsp gypsum in mash water, 1Tbsp Irish moss at 75 min. into the boil.

Mash Schedule: 50 min. @ 126 ø F,15 min. @ 140 ø F, 60 min. @ 158 ø F, 10 min. @ 170 ø F

split batch: Wyeast 1968 in one, Wyeast 3068 in the other. Rapid fermentation in both.

Fermentation: Still in carboys @ 67-70 ø F (not yet bottled)
