Malted Wheat, 9.5 lbs.
Pale Malt, 9.5 lbs.
Total 19.0 lbs.

50% wheat malt.

 

Tettnanger, 1 oz., 80 min.
Tettnanger, 1.5 oz., 60 min.
Tettnanger, 2 oz., 5 min.

Wyeast 1968

1 tsp gypsum in mash water, 1Tbsp Irish moss at 75 min. into the boil.

Mash Schedule: 20 min. @ 122 ø F,40 min. @ 147 ø F,10 min. @ 170 ø F

split batch: At end of fermentation, added peach flavor concentrate to one.

Fermentation: 7 days @ 68 ø F, then 7 days @ 40 ø F
