Has a good history of their personal experience going from plastic to stainless brewing equipment. Three keg system with propane.

Al's Homebrewery by Al Korzonas

3 tiered system. Stand built from galavanized teel angles and flats with nuts and bolts like a giant erector set so its requires no welding. Good descriptions of how he built his brewery.

Eric Schoville's 3 Tiered Home Brewery

3 tiered system. Stand built from wood. Nicely done web page using frames and very easy to navigate through. I expecially like the way he insulated the mash tun with wood and straps like a barrel.

20 gallon stainless brewery by Thor

Webmaster of this site. Custom fabricated mash tun and HLT. RIMS components. Propane and electrically fired. Computer controls. All stainless construction. Inspired by lots of the people listed above.
