Albany Brewing Co.

I stopped by Albany Brewing Co. in the middle of October. It looked as though it had only been open a very short time. There was still construction going on around the brewery area. They had two house beers and a few guest beers on tap. The two house beers were a Stout and a Pilsner. I tried them both.

The Stout was pretty good, full bodied and roasty. The Pilsner on the other hand was rather rough. A quick tour by the brewing area may have indicated why. All I saw was Briess malt sacks. They were not serving food yet, so smoking was permitted, YUK!
